Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Electrification Service Engineering Placement Student to join our team specializing in Electrified Power for our New Power Business Unit in Milton Keynes.
During your placement with us, you will learn how a major global organization operates, gaining the tools and exposure you will need to become an expert in the industry and power your potential! In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Providing technical direction for hard to diagnose performance problems
- Investigating emerging product issues and complete problem definition work
- Investigation and reporting on major product failures
- Supporting training activities including making and delivering training material
- Developing temporary solutions to extend customer up-time
- Developing and utilizing Remote Support technologies to engage in end customer issues quickly.
Requirements
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Studying a STEM based degree, Mechanical/Electrical/Automotive Engineering, Physics
- Excellent problem solver with ability to produce practical solutions
- Good presentation skills, written and verbal
- Ability to analyse data and draw logical conclusions
