About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Electrification Service Engineering to join our team specializing in engineering for our Accelera Business Segment in Milton Keynes. During your placement with us, you will learn how a major global organization operates, gaining the tools and exposure you will need to become an expert in the industry and power your potential!
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Design, develop and work with supplier to source tooling
- Creating a project plan and working on the task with cascading information to management.
- Providing technical direction for hard to diagnose performance problems.
- Supporting training and publication activities, making, and delivering training material and service information.
- Developing temporary solutions to extend customer up-time.
- Presenting the results found to the team or the customer.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Will need to be studying for a degree in any of the following fields: STEM or Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
- Have a interest in electrification and Li-ion batteries/or engines.
- Level of interest in renewable energy and zero emission.
- Some level of practical experience (whether hobby or employment).
