The role
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Prepares business unit credit reporting, planning, and forecasting
- Developing an understanding of trade finance and credit management to support the business
- Support for the scoping and completion of improvement projects (including 6 Sigma framework)
- Prepares metrics analysis and consolidated credit reporting, as well as ad hoc credit analysis and reports to the business unit.
- Performs credit-worthiness reviews on new and existing accounts, mitigating risk to the business
- Ensures credit activities are in line with corporate credit policies and are Sarbanes Oxley (SOx) compliant.
To be successful in this role you will need the following
- Studying towards a degree in Accounting and Finance, Economics or Business discipline.
- Fast learner and willing to take on new challenges.
- Strong team-working skills with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good Excel skills and attention to detail
