    About the role

    We are looking for an enthusiastic Marine Project Management & Business Support Placement Student to join our team specializing in Sales for our Distribution Business Segment in UK, Wellingborough. During your placement with us, you will learn how a major global organization operates, gaining the tools and exposure you will need to become an expert in the industry and power your potential!

    In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

    • Forecasting (inc. planning, analysis, support, and communication with Sales)
    • Team Effectiveness support (meetings: presentation, preparation, minutes, committee participation; personnel planning)
    • Project Management support (Supply Chain support, supplier, and customer communications) and Project reporting (progress and risk)
    • Financial reporting (collating data, presenting data through Power BI).
    • Sales support (Processing internal requests) and Process Improvement project support (inc. identification and streamlining).
    • Product Tailoring (Documentation support)

    What you'll need

    To be successful in this role you will need the following:

    • Working towards a degree in Business/Engineering/Project Management/Marketing.
    • Broad exposure to MS tools Inc. Outlook, Excel, Teams, SharePoint. Power BI knowledge would be beneficial. Second European language would be beneficial.
    • Time Management, Multi-tasking, and Analytic skills.
    • Self– discipline, Strong communication and teamworking ability.
