    Description

    We are looking for an enthusiastic Service & Sales Project Coordinator placement student to join our team specializing in Service for our Distribution Business Segment in Dublin, Ireland.

    During your placement with us, you will learn how a major global organization operates, gaining the tools and exposure you will need to become an expert in the industry and power your potential! In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

    • Developing and maintaining business relationships with customers and business partners.
    • Monitor and communicate project status to teams.
    • Assisting in planning and tracking project objectives.
    • Provide administrative support for the design and development of project plans and timelines.
    • Assisting in managing risk. Administrative support in the use of quality tools to identify areas of risk.
    • Administrative support within the financial side of the projects, preparing contract agreements and invoices.

    What you'll need

    To be successful in this role you will need the following:

    • Studying towards a degree in Business, Customer Service, Sales, Engineering,…
    • Computer literate with a knowledge of Microsoft Office
    • Curiousness and willingness to learn
    • Excellent communication skills
