On this programme, you’ll join our Development team who play an important role in advising public and private sector clients on the delivery of key development, regeneration and growth projects. We are involved in a range of complex regeneration, acquisition and disposal projects and you’ll contribute to a diversity of Planning work. You’ll get the training and experience you need to become RICS APC qualified.
What to expect
You will help to deliver a broad range of projects for our clients. In fact, there will be no limit to what you can get involved in. As part of our team, you will have an important role advising public and private sector clients on the delivery of key development, regeneration and growth projects. You’ll gain extensive practical experience and build your knowledge and understanding of areas of Planning. Projects are typically mixed use and include town and city centre regeneration, housing estate renewal, employment area regeneration, infrastructure-led growth projects, urban extensions and new settlements. Such work usually involves working closely with other teams across the business. The breadth of opportunity that we offer is a great asset in helping you to pass your APC.
Eligibility
You’ll need to be a recent graduate or undergraduate on course for a 2:1 or a post-graduate studying. Logical thinking is important too, as well as good report writing and data management skills.
