Joining our Project Management team, you will become involved in the entire life cycle of buildings. You will benefit from being part of the wider C&W multi-disciplinary business through networking, learning, extracurricular involvement etc.

    What to expect

Our experience covers the Office, Retail, Logistics and Specialist sectors, whether acting for the Landlord or Tenant. Our role is to assist clients to deliver projects on time, on budget and to the required quality. Typically our role starts at inception – assisting clients in defining their objectives, developing their strategic intentions into pragmatic delivery needs and products.

Our role both manages the process of delivery, but also manages the teams and resources required to run the project. This typically includes the Consultant Team (Architects, Engineers, Cost Consultants, Sustainability Consultants and Health and Safety Consultants) and managing the Contractor on site, all to ensure that everyone works effectively as a team, understanding the project objectives and can identify where they fit in and add value to the wider plan.

From day one, there will be a lot of variety. You will experience everything from project meetings to contract administration and will help to win new projects. Support and training will be ongoing, and we will do all we can to ensure you gain the experience you need to obtain your APC qualification
