We are currently inviting applications for our next hospital intern position starting in July 2022. This is an eighteen-months Internship program suitable for new and recently qualified graduates.
Interns work in all of the hospital areas and have patient care responsibility under the supervision of large team of specialist senior clinicians. Interns also have the opportunity to attend some ambulatory calls in the later stages of the internship. There is also the opportunity to undertake a clinical research project and/or write up a case report for publication (voluntary).
There is a 1:3 out of hour's rota and accommodation is provided in purpose-built flats on site.
Our internships provide a suitable foundation for most equine post-graduate specialist qualifications and also provide excellent training for general or specialist equine practice.
