We have an exciting opportunity for a New Graduate Vet to join us.

This is a full time, permanent positon based on a 40 hour week and you will be based in our Hospital in North End. Your role will include a share in the weekend rota. There will be no out of hours requirements as we employ dedicated night staff however if you do have an interest in ECC we can also accommodate this.

Our modern hospital is equipped with advanced surgical and medical technology such as digital radiography, Ultrasound, ECG monitors, fibre-optic endoscopes and Cryo-surgery, diathermy equipment. We also have an in house laboratory to assist our vets in providing rapid response treatment.

As well as enjoying our modern facilities, well equipped practice and a busy varied caseload, you will have access to a range of benefits and our tailor made New Graduate programme offering you the right support network in practice by ensuring you have an experienced clinical mentor working alongside you in your practice. In addition, you will attend dedicated Continued Professional Development (CPD) days, supporting the development of your clinical skills and non-clinical skills, including self-leadership, teamwork, wellbeing, resilience and business, whilst also providing the opportunity for you to share experiences with fellow graduates.

  • Paid onboarding phase which includes a Residential. All UK travel, accommodation and subsistence costs for the Residential will be covered by CVS
  • Salary of £35,000 which increases at the end of year 1 and at the end of year 2
