    The Edelman Global Advisory (EGA) team is looking for motivated and enthusiastic candidates to join our Internship Programme and work alongside our world-class team.

    An internship with EGA will provide you with an unforgettable experience in a fast-paced, political, and international environment; it will provide a comprehensive introduction to the work of the largest public relations consulting firm in the world and help you develop a core skill set to support you in your future career.

    Your Contribution to the Team

    At EGA, interns are an integral part of our teams, and they play a key role in supporting our busy team of first-class consultants with the implementation of strategic programmes that help our clients navigate the changing world. Throughout the programme, you will have the opportunity to experience and get stuck into a broad range of tasks and projects including, but not limited to:

    • Drafting briefing material for clients
    • Monitor political announcements and parliamentary activity 
    • Support political engagement programmes, including creating stakeholder maps, outreaching to relevant offices and handling logistical arrangements
    • Develop biographical and policy briefings including conducting research to inform these documents
    • Support with event management, including liaising with MPs’ offices, co-ordinating with the parliamentary events team and third-party suppliers as well as handling the logistics
    • Build relationship with clients and colleagues at all levels
    • Supporting with ad-hoc research tasks including but not limited to new business opportunities, policy briefings, events and speaking slots
    • Assist in event planning
    • Working with junior team members to ensure accurate account administration

    • Interested in further developing their writing skills with a keen eye for detail
    • Exceptional attention to detail, organisation and planning skills 
    • Familiar with Microsoft Office – Word, PowerPoint, Excel
