As a Clinical Territory Manager, you’ll be a pioneer for all of our Nutricia Healthcare products whilst earning a starting salary of £34,000! You will be representing Nutricia as a key sales point within hospitals and primary care areas, making a difference in our communities.
What can I expect on the programme?
Be the driving force and help us reach our growth targets by delivering and executing our sales strategy, including increasing our position amongst competitors. During the two-year programme, you’ll have the opportunity to step out of your job role by attending and supporting national and regional educational symposia events, collaborating with key opinion leaders and expanding your healthcare network.
Networking, communicating and influencing are amongst the key expectations during this exciting programme, where you will be on the road travelling to different locations and speaking with returning and new customers. Day-to-day, you could be:
- Travelling to hospitals in your area to discuss and demonstrate the Nutricia healthcare product portfolio.
- Evaluating Danone’s sales and marketing strategy and identifying how these are incorporated into your sales strategy.
- Communicating and influencing NHS customers through clinically driven evidence to meet sale targets.
What do we look for?
Taking ownership of your personal growth and development at Danone is a key part to this early career programme. To excel in this role, you need to be results-driven with a commercial mindset and the ability to communicate with people of all levels and understanding effectively. You must have a science-based degree as this is key for this programme, as you’ll be the face advocating for the Nutricia product portfolio.
You must have a valid driving license due to this role’s requirement of travel and must be available to start in January 2024.
