At Danone, you’re not just early talent; you’re just in time to take ownership of your career and be empowered to make a difference. Our Finance team is at the core of Danone, there is no area of the business that they aren’t involved in. Across the two-year programme, you’ll gain a breadth of exposure across several projects all whilst earning a starting salary of £34,000!
What can I expect on the programme?
Stepping into a variety of different finance areas across Danone, you’ll gain valuable experience within Performance and Reporting, Systems and Projects and Finance Control, building a solid foundation for your future career in finance. You’ll be supported through your journey whilst taking on your own responsibilities, such as applying accounting judgement to key financial accruals.
Not only will you be working with other business areas such as Sales, Marketing, and Operations, but you’ll be collaborating with stakeholders in both the UK and Ireland, taking your communication and project management skills to the next level. Across each function you could be:
· Gathering insights into our business performance and trends to add value to our reporting and road mapping
· Completing detailed category or channel analysis through surveying the volume, net sales and profitability of each category over time and pinpointing trends
What do we look for?
With the world of finance always changing, we need someone with strong adaptability skills including the ability to understand new systems and technology with ease. An analytical mindset with great attention to detail is essential within this function as you’ll be handling data and numbers on a daily basis.
As a global company, Danone serves a huge array of different communities, with different cultures, local tastes and habits. Our teams need to represent the diversity of these millions of people and we therefore encourage applications from all backgrounds and aim to create a workplace where our Danoners can be their true authentic selves.
You must be available to start in January 2024.
