What can I expect on the programme?
Our HR team is an essential function that has an impact across the whole business in UK and Ireland- from bringing in quality talentanddeploying essential policies, to responding to the changing nature of our environment. Our HR function will allow you to develop your project management and communication skills from day one.
We’re the people for our people at Danone. Over the programme, you’ll have the opportunity to interact with Danoners from each area of the business, which can include working with sensitive information, confidentiality and building trust. Day-to-day, you could be:
· Working with stakeholders at all levels and functions, and external partners, to communicate and execute HR projects such as developing leadership and culture across Danone.
· Delivering and improving the business’s core HR functions including, Inclusion and Diversity, Wellbeing, Engagement, and Learning and Development
· Getting involved with the whole recruitment cycle, and communicating with potential talent and external contacts, such as recruitment agencies.
