    About the role

    This role is essential to help provide data analysis and administrative support to the Operational Teams. Assist with developing digital tools to automate routine tasks.

    Success is measured by efficient management of PO’s and Agency staffing, alongside timely provision of performance information to the plant management teams and the reduction in routine administrative tasks in this role and others by developing digital solutions.

    Key Challenges – working with different stakeholders and managing a number of key priorities within tight deadlines.

    The role holder must be able to balance managing multiple stakeholders from all functions across the business with coordinating and managing high volumes of data and admin processes. They must also be able to think logically to learn and develop new digital tools, with support from the digital team.

    This team member will develop a wide range of understanding of the whole site, connecting with multiple teams and understanding the data requirements. They will be well supported by the digital team. Some attendance on site is required, and some time constrained meetings, but there is flexibility in terms of working location and working times.

    This role offers a base salary of between £24,000 -  £29,000 per annum (depending on experience) and other benefits. The actual offer will consider your individual experience and our internal pay equity.

    What will I be doing day to day?

    Production Performance KPIs

    • Daily input of manufacturing performance data into appropriate excel based dashboards
    • Weekly KPI data generation & maintenance of data sources (SIM4)
    • Weekly generation of the packing losses pack for the losses meeting
    • Monthly generation of the performance figures (including eCUTE)

    SAP & Budget

    • Generation and follow-up of Purchase Orders for Operations & Warehouse, and management of financial queries
    • Process requests and support the management of consumables and storable goods for the site

    Admin

    • Daily scanning and physical archiving all paper-based information from the factory for audit traceability
    • Working with the Shift Leaders supporting on general administration duties e.g. creating excel macro templates for data analysis of production performance
    • Providing support for traceability exercises as part of internal and external audits & internal investigations, as part of traceability team

    Coordinating Agency Worker Requirements

    • Ensuring compliance with Agency processes and procedures
    • Co-ordinate agency staffing requirements for Production teams with the Shift Leaders
    • Weekly verification and authorisation of agency time sheets
    • Provide weekly dashboards and monthly data about agency worker use across Operations

    • Shift Leaders & Business Unit teams – provision of reports and information, Agency organisation, T&A, PO management, digital developments, support as needed
    • Warehouse leaders – PO management

    Candidate profile (leadership & functional competencies)

    • Data driven mindset with advanced excel skillset to coordinate and manipulate data as per stakeholder requirements
    • Digitally and system savvy
    • Highly organised with ability to meet regular, tight deadlines
    • Disciplined approach to completing routine daily and weekly activities
    • Able to effectively influence stakeholders
    • Comfortable working autonomously to deliver work load
    • SAP Skills not essential
    • Excel, Word, PowerPoint knowledge
    • PowerBI skills not essential – training provided
    • Advanced excel experience is critical
