The programme
The Summer Internship has been carefully designed to prepare you to join our full-time Graduate Trading Analyst Programme. Our rigorous 8-week internship combines classroom-based learning with practical on-the-job training across our product desks.
About you
- You want to be a trader and have a passion for global markets.
- You probably have your own live or dummy trading account, which you use to test your ideas and strategies.
- You are curious and always ask “why”.
- You bring your “A” game to everything you do.
- You are comfortable challenging others’ reasoning and logic, as well as being challenged yourself.
- You are in your final or penultimate year of study at university.
Your skills
- High levels of self-motivation, drive and resilience.
- Excellent at maths and analytically minded.
- Ability to work under high pressure whilst maintaining accuracy.
- Willingness to tackle problems that may be unfamiliar.
- A confident and concise communicator.
- Proficient in Excel.
