    The Programme

    The Technology Graduate Programme has been carefully designed to provide you with a robust understanding of the technological underpinnings of our business. From user solutions to systems engineering to product design, you will be fully immersed in the day-to-day activities of our Technological Development team.

    In parallel, you will be equipped with a rigorous educational curriculum – consisting of interactive modules, seminars, and group discussions – to supplement your learning and development.

    The programme will offer a rotational work model where you can choose to specialise in: Back End Development, Front End Development, Tactical Solutions or Product Development.

    • You have a deep understanding of Computer Science fundamentals
    • You are a strong programmer who can demonstrate high potential and an aptitude for problem solving
    • You are curious and always ask “why”
    • You bring your “A” game to everything you do
    • You are comfortable challenging others’ reasoning and logic and being challenged yourself
    • You are responsible with a sense of ownership and urgency towards your work
    • You are able to work cross-functionally to support different areas of the business

    Your Skills

    • Experience working with languages and technologies such as Python, Go, Javascript, Djanjo or React
    • Mathematically and analytically minded
    • Willingness to tackle problems that may be unfamiliar
    • Passionate about clean code and well-architected systems
    • Highly motivated and continuously striving for improvement
    • A collaborative and courteous communicator
