The Programme
The Summer Internship has been carefully designed to prepare you to join our full-time Graduate Trading Analyst programme. Our rigorous 8-week programme combines classroom-based learning with practical on-the-job training across our product desks.
About You
- You want to be a trader and have a passion for global markets
- You probably have your own live or dummy account, which you use to test your ideas
- You are curious and always ask “why”
- You bring your “A” game to everything you do
- You are comfortable challenging others’ reasoning and logic and being challenged yourself
- You are in your final or penultimate year of study at university
Your Skills
- High levels of self-motivation and drive
- Excellent at math and analytically minded
- Ability to work under high pressure whilst maintaining accuracy
- Willingness to tackle problems that may be unfamiliar
- A confident and concise communicator
- Proficient in Excel
