We are looking for an Internal Communications Intern for our EURONORTH Marketing and Communications team responsible for various aspects of internal communications including content writing, graphics design, video production and broadcast communications. The position is be located in our office Hammersmith, London.

Responsibilities
- Support the EURONORTH Internal Communications Lead with administrative and operational work, including the coordination and support of planned internal communications, the coordination, editing and production of monthly all-hands live video broadcasts and assist in the preparation and delivery of the quarterly employee recognition programme
- Provide operational and administrative support for Internal Communications activities, driving excellence in execution; coordinate, design and publish relevant and timely communications on the internal EURONORTH People Community
- Create, review and publish weekly 3DS internal EURONORTH News Roundup
- Video editing and production – provide support to the Internal Communications Lead to coordinate, edit and produce the monthly all-hands video broadcast
- Ensure timely coordination and creation of internal communications relating to quarterly employee recognition programme (the “ENcredibles”)
- Be a key point of contact between with all internal key stakeholders to support timely creation of Internal Communications activities and drive continuous improvement, including EURONORTH Executive Committee, Senior Management and the wider employee population in the GEO
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing or Communications field.
- Proficient with standard office systems (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and video editing programs (such as CAMTASIA)
- Strong communicator, with ability to work proactively across multiple team members
- Exceptional attention to detail and willingness to learn and drive excellence in execution
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
