    Dataiku's People Operations Team is looking for a driven People apprentice or intern . In this role, you will be a member of the People Operations team, responsible for all our people's operations in Europe and the Middle East.

    What you'll do

    In this role, you will:

    • Ensure first level of support to Dataiku employees
    • Oversee new hire administration and make sure we have every information needed on time to be able to onboard our new joiners properly, be their first HR point of contact
    • Work closely with the other teams in charge of onboarding (the People Business Partner, Total Rewards, Payroll, IT and Happiness teams)
    • Formalize contractual elements during all the Dataikers journey (labor contract, addendums, various certificates)
    • Make sure our HRIS and are always up-to-date thanks to regular data checks
    • Work closely with the Payroll team to provide payroll information

    Who you are

    You might be a good fit if you have:

    • Strong communication skills both verbal and written, strong work ethics and moral.
    • The ability to work in an international environment
    • Rigorous, organised, you embrace multitasking and problem solving
    • You are fluent in French and have a good level in English
    • Rigorous with a good sense of priorities
    • HR background, ideally with some knowledge on France or UK
    • Comfortable with main productivity tools (google suite, zoom, slack, etc.), knowledge of Workday is a plus
