    The Role

    Within the Product Marketing department, you will support the Senior Product Marketing Managers on delivering the annual launch plan. You will be supporting the product development process by maintaining and ensuring all relevant documents are kept up to date.

    In addition, you will support in the decision-making process by providing detailed market and portfolio analysis.

    Market Research & Analysis 

    • Conduct competitive market research on a regular basis to inform Product Marketing decision making process highlighting gaps and opportunities. 
    • Lead and update the monthly competition bible with a comprehensive approach. 
    • Support the team in gathering internal and external information to inform pricing strategy. 
    • Support in the preparation of the monthly novelty sales report. 
    • Complete ad hoc business analysis when needed to support the team in identifying the future action plan. 
    • Ad Hoc performances analysis. 

    Product launch 

    • Support the Senior Product Marketing Manager in the creation of the product and campaign briefs. 
    • Update the Product launch plan. 
    • Support in the creation of the Product launch tools (Product Flash, newsletters etc) respecting deadlines. 
    • Maintain the Assortment Mapping, reflecting all the product life cycle information. 
    • Aggregate information for new product launches to assure the E-Commerce sheet is up to date. 

    Product development

    • Create new references and ensure the constant accuracy of the product data base, flagging discrepancies to the Senior Product Marketing Manager.
    • Follow up on prototypes availability. 
    • Responsible for gathering new products file needed for all IP/copywrite filings. 
    • Support the packshot development process in collaboration with the Product Marketing Manager and the Image studio ensuring timings are respected. 
    • Creation of Product Approval forms once prototypes are validated. 

    Operations

    • Monitoring the website, ensuring all novelties are included and information is accurate. 
    • Suggest tailored product selection when required for VM, PR and Brand Marketing purposes. 
    • Coordination of prototypes requests for shooting. 
    • Assist the Senior Product Marketing Manager with product requests (product information, pricing, availability, etc.) from all stakeholders. 

    Qualifications

    • A degree or qualifications in a relevant subject is desirable. 
    • Product marketing experience (ideally in the luxury industry). 
    • Experience and interest for the jewellery business is highly desirable. 
    • Good project management abilities with a focus on meeting timelines and deliverables.  
    • Possess an eye for detail, inherent interest in luxury and a product sensibility. 
    • Strong analytical capability: able to interpret data quantitatively and qualitatively.  
    • Good data management, reporting & presentation skills (proficiency in Excel, Power point and Outlook)  
    • Experience with an information system, such as SAP or Oracle is desirable. 
    • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional team.  
    • Builds strong, personal and effective relationships.  
    • Self-motivated and works self-sufficiently.  
    • Ability to work flexibly among changing priorities and deliver while respecting deadlines.
    • Thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment with good interpersonal skills.
    • Organised and detail-oriented – strong time management and ability to juggle multiple briefs across different projects and markets.
