Details on the Graduate Programme
The de Novo Graduate Programme lasts 2 years depending upon the chosen area of focus, (whether – Functional, Technical or Testing). The journey is made up of practical activities, missions that will see you involved in client engagements along with learning and networking interventions. Our Graduate Programme will provide a rewarding foundation for your career, enabling you to learn, advance and gain personal satisfaction from a job well done alongside our core values of flexibility and a positive work-life balance.
Your Journey
- You will be shaped into a future leader during your two years in the programme through on-the-job challenges, coaching, mentoring, and formal training.Tailored Graduate
Development
- Our unique Graduate Development Plan is a course of action that you and your management agree to follow in order to monitor your progress and steer your learning.
End of Programme Appraisal
- At the end of your programme, your performance and achievements will be reviewed and will determine your next steps for your career.

What You’ll Need
To be considered for the Programme you will need:
- A minimum of a 2:2 degree
- It is not necessary to have a qualification in an IT related discipline but you must have a passion for Tech and Business
- For those interested in a Technical career, you must have an analytical mind and some experience of coding (Javascript preferred)
- We will consider recent graduates with up to 1 year relevant work experience.
