    The Role

    We are recruiting for our Stores in Milton Keynes, Cambridge, Rushden Lakes and Stevenage! This is a new role for ambitious Graduates looking to kickstart their career in business management, working in a hands-on role alongside like-minded, sporty teammates.

    You will embark upon a full training programme preparing you to lead your very own Department and support your future development, we therefore don’t require any previous industry experience prior to joining us. As a Graduate Trainee Manager you'll be learning to co-lead one of our largest departments from day one, essentially you will be running your very own business within the umbrella of the store.
