Your Role & Responsibilities
In your first year, you will undergo training and development from your wider finance team, responsible for our accounts payable and accounting functions. While you continue to learn and progress in the role, you will lead in automating and digitising processes in order to predominantly focus on financial planning & analysis responsibilities where you will:
- Collaborate directly with cross functional teams to build and coordinate strategic business initiatives & transformation projects across the country.
- Analyse, communicate, and propose solutions about the levers of value creation and extra financial data (environmental impact, customers, market insights), by focusing on all three pillars of our mission - planet, people, profit.
- Advocate for supporting and challenging decision making - you will promote this mindset not only in the Finance team but across all departments.
- Act as the financial leader in your region/scope and guardian of the business model, you will help to develop and support the different business units and their leaders, monitor the performances of these units accordingly and highlight the opportunities and threats of the region/scope.
- Support the bottom-up trajectory process and guarantee the reliability of the forecasting
- Lead projects or processes across different activities.
- Take other complementary roles to further develop yourself and the Project
Your Profile
Essential

Desirable
- Strong focus on innovation, sustainability (circular economy) and E-commerce
- Previous experience within a digital or omni-channel environment
- Previous experience within Accounts Payable
- Qualification or degree in Finance/ Accounting
