What we’re looking for
We are looking for a warehouse and e-commerce professional to support order fulfillment at our Nottingham distribution center.
What you’d be doing
- Ensuring all the online order fulfillment and retail order shipment processes administered in accordance with the organization's customer service and quality standards
- Support with the day to day operations of the E-Commerce Picking-Packing team
- Work with Customer Happiness team in the event of a customer complaint
- Perform administrative tasks such as creating shipping labels, paperwork for shipping companies, process cancelations etc.
- Assists with onboarding and on the job training of the team to be highly functional and effective
- Receiving and processing incoming stock and materials when needed
- Labeling/Releasing stock and orders
- Ensure standards for quality and health and safety are met
- Assist in maintaining warehouse standards of cleanliness and organization and ensure tidiness standards are always respected and maintained
- Ensure compliance with warehouse policies and procedures (e.g. shipments, safety standards, stocking).
Skills and qualifications
- Attention to detail, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical skills, ability to navigate between several modules/programs
- Effective time management and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word etc.
- Relevant education OR equivalent work experience in Retail, Inventory is an asset
