    The role

    Are you eager to learn and want to join our offshore team as an ROV Trainee? As a ROV Trainee, you will be part of a two-year trainee program. You will have an opportunity to learn the profession, gain experience offshore and become a part of the crew. If your education and background is mechanical, hydraulical, electrical or electronics, this may be a chance for you to develop with our experienced ROV team. This position is for our British entity DeepOcean Subsea Services Limited.

    Duties and responsibilities

    • Perform repairs and planned routine maintenance on ROV and sensors
    • Assist in faultfinding and problem solving
    • Stay updated on all ROV planned activities
    • Assist in launch and recovery of the ROV
    • Navigate and operate the underwater vehicles during subsea operations
    • Operate the ROV manipulators

    About you

    Qualifications

    • Certificate of apprenticeship, experience or education within: electrics, hydraulics, mechanics or electronics
    • Good computer skills
