What brings us all together at Deloitte? It’s how we approach decisions, how we behave, and our beliefs and our attitudes. In other words: our values. Whatever we do, wherever we are in the world, we lead the way, serve with integrity, take care of each other, foster inclusion, and collaborate for measurable impact. These five shared values lead every decision we make and action we take, guiding us to deliver impact how and where it matters most.

We’re nurturing a culture where everyone belongs, feels supported and heard, and is empowered to make a valuable, personal contribution. So, we want you. The true you. Your own strengths, perspective and personality. You can be sure we’ll take your wellbeing seriously, too. Because it’s only when you’re comfortable and at your best that you can make the kind of impact you, and we, live for.

    Your programme

Not sure what you want from your career yet? A placement while you're still at university is a great way to find out more about your potential choices. If you’re in the penultimate year of your course at university or are going on to do a Masters, this three- to six-week placement could be just right for you.

You’ll be doing real work from day one, using what you’ve learnt at university to help solve complex problems for our clients. Not only will this help you grow, it’ll also give you the chance to explore different business areas and see what types of projects really inspire you. And if you impress us, you could end up with a permanent role here when you graduate.

    Your career path

These are rapidly evolving times. Technology is transforming how we all connect and the way businesses fundamentally operate. Political and economic uncertainty is high on everyone’s agenda. So too is the relationship between society and business, as corporate crises escalate.

Navigating uncertainty is a priority for all businesses. Working with your colleagues, you’ll help our clients anticipate change and take action to ensure their success. This used to mean advising our clients and helping them comply with regulations and best practice. Now, it also means transforming the way they work. You’ll help define their future, providing risk solutions that drive better performance, as well as promoting social responsibility.

    Your skills and qualifications

You’ve achieved great qualifications already, which we’ll not only celebrate, but help to build on. For this role, you will need to have obtained or be studying towards a 2:1 or higher in any degree discipline, and have graduated by September 2022. You will also need to have a minimum of 104 UCAS points (260 UCAS points pre-2017) for your A levels (or equivalent), and a minimum  grade 4 (C) in English language , grade 5 (B) in Maths in your GCSEs (or equivalent).

Our requirements vary for a few specialist roles, so make sure to read the programme-specific requirements on your registration form. If you first select a role where you don’t meet the specific requirement, don’t worry – you can go back and choose a new role.
