About Spring into Deloitte – Young Black Professionals
Spring into Deloitte is a two-day event for students that gives you the chance to learn more about our exciting career opportunities. Our Black heritage focussed programme is designed to support Black people who are interested in starting a career with Deloitte, to help them find out what they can expect to achieve with us, and where that might lead.
What you’ll do
On our Spring into Deloitte programmes, you’ll discover what it’s like to work here, attend employability skills sessions, and find out more about other opportunities, such as our Summer Vacation Scheme and Industrial Placements. You’ll also get the chance to network with Deloitte colleagues, including senior Black leaders, to give you a better idea what you can expect from your own future career.
Who we’re looking for
Spring into Deloitte is open to all first-year university students (or those in their second year of a four-year degree). We’re looking for people who are open-minded and keen to learn.
When and where?
London
- 2 - 3 April 2024 Young Black Professionals in Consulting, Advisory and Technology
- 4 - 5 April 2024 Young Black Professionals in Audit & Assurance and Tax
Regional event taking place in Birmingham (for those interested in careers outside of London)
- 4 - 5 April 2024 - Young Black Professionals Audit & Assurance, or Tax or Technology
Many people who go through our Spring into Deloitte programme, go on to work at Deloitte. We have student career opportunities in a range of locations outside London including Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, Manchester, Newcastle, Birmingham, Nottingham, Cambridge, Gatwick, Reading, St Albans, Bristol and Cardiff. When applying for the programme, you’ll need to choose the region you would potentially like to work in future.
Spring into Deloitte event for all regions outside of London will be held in Birmingham. Deloitte will cover travel costs up to £150 and will provide accommodation for the evening of the first day.
