    We’re looking for a client Account Assistant to join Dentsu-X in a client facing role for a world-renowned client covering digital media for subscriptions and streaming services. You’ll support a team of 4 in delivering exceptional client servicing, reporting & data analysis, campaign activation and project management.

    You will be part of a large team, based in London and across the world covering paid media strategy, media planning & buying and optimisation and will have access and all necessary support and training on various planning tools.

    You will gain exposure to new and trending vendors in the mobile space and learn how to utilise team wide platforms to help stay on top of market processes and deadlines.

    Job description

    If you have any professional experience in a media planning & buying or media activation role at either an agency, media owner or client media team that would be beneficial but we are open to everyone including college leavers, Graduates, second jobbers and career changers for our entry-level roles.

    • A genuine interest in working in the digital and mobile app performance marketing landscape.
    • Excellent numeracy, Excel and MS Outlook skills are essential in this role. You’ll be coordinating & scheduling meetings, compiling reports, updating media plans; as well as supporting on finance & billing tasks.
    • You’ll be a great team player and good communicator.
    • A master of organisation, effortlessly managing multiple projects, deadlines, and client requirements. Your responsiveness will be a key asset, promptly addressing client inquiries and providing regular updates to maintain a strong client-agency relationship.
    • Exceptional attention to detail.
    • Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
    • Growth mindset with strong willingness to learn fast and be part of a high performing team, delivering outstanding client servicing.
    • French as a first or second language would be highly desirable but not required.
