We are looking for 3 trainees to join our London team. This is a great opportunity to explore the Digital marketing space and learn all the fundamentals of programmatic advertising. This 6-8-week programme will allow you to explore the digital marketing ecosystem and give you the tools needed to kick start your digital marketing career.
The role
You will be given the opportunity to work on real client campaigns and successful completion of the programme will give candidates the opportunity to become a permanent member of the team.
These positions will start around mid-late February 2023 and will be on a hybrid mix of office and home working. The salary is based on £21,157.50 annually.

This 6-8 week programme will include
- Fundamentals of programmatic buying.
- You will learn all about the programmatic Eco system and key players.
- You will be given the opportunity to start as a campaign trainee and after successful completion of the programme you will have the potential to move into the team as a Client Executive or a Campaign Executive, depending on your preference of roles and responsibilities.
- You will be guided by our professional Digital Media Specialist who has more than 15 years of media experience.
- You will be given the opportunity to complete the strategic plan for a programmatic campaign.
- You will learn how to set up campaigns across various platforms and be given the tools to become proficient in programmatic platforms.
- You will learn how to gather data to efficiently report back on performance to clients.

- Has some work experience with good transferable skills (either full or part-time).
- Highly motivated and eager to learn about the Digital Marketing industry.
- Interested in learning and up-skilling.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong in communication.
- Able to work well in a high-pressure environment.

- Strong aptitude for problem solving.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
