    We are part of Dentsu Sports International, a newly formed global sports network comprised of MKTG Sports & Entertainment and Dentsu Sports, a leading sports rights holder including federations, leagues, events, teams, and venues.

    The Hospitality & Events team work closely with clients to provide best in hospitality management for live event experiences. This role revolves around building strong client relationships, understanding the needs of the guests, managing their guest journeys, managing tickets, hospitality passes and working with venues to build the best experience possible at some of the world’s largest sporting events.

    This role plays a wider part in the delivery of sponsorship led events. Therefore, the ideal candidate will have a high attentional to detail, willingness to pitch in, and a desire to learn more about the events industry.

    This is an entry-level role therefore accessible to all candidates including graduates, school levers, second jobbers and career changers.

    The role

    • Support the team with basic admin and work with the team to deliver key projects.
    • Managing tickets and hospitality passes for events.
    • Working with the Event Manager to delivery key events.
    • Build understanding of key platforms and systems.
    • Data entry and management.
    • Develop an understanding of how Hospitality & Events fits into the wider sponsorship offering.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office

    Client Servicing/Account Management:

    • Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with key clients.
    • Respond in a timely and accurate manner to client requests for information, working seamlessly with internal stakeholders and colleagues across the business to deal with their requests.
    • Attend and coordinate client meetings and updates.
    • Carry out client competitive research from time to time working with our insights team.
    • Develop an understanding of a client's business and the role sponsorship has for them.

    Project Management:

    • Support the team with all aspects of client projects, from basic admin to idea creation.
    • Participate in and help to coordinate creative brainstorms where required
    • Work with the team on delivering multiple successful and profitable client projects whilst exceeding brief expectations / objectives.
    • Coordinate status updates with rights holders and clients circulating meeting agendas, participate and contribute to the discussion.

    Administration:

    • Support with team administration such as booking of travel, handling expenses and invoices, arranging meetings etc.
    • Coordinating finance requirements on projects using company systems and processes effectively (have knowledge on how to set up job numbers, estimates etc.)
    • Complete timesheets and other day to day admin tasks timely and accurately.
