    This exciting new role is an entry-level position within our AV team, focused on supporting executives and managers in their day-to-day tasks and campaign development. The key qualities sought in candidates for this role include organisation, a willingness to learn, and an interest in media.

    All our entry level roles at dentsu are open to everyone including college leavers, Graduates and career changers.

    What is AV?

    AV refers to anything you can hear and watch via electronic media, think TV, radio, online video, cinema, podcasts and more. There are two parts to an AV role, our role is on the planning side of AV:

    • Planning - which is the specialist planning to consider the most effective channels for your target audience.
    • Buying - which involves liaising with production managers and media owners to buy advertising space.

    About the day to day

    You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced team members and gain hands-on experience in the media industry. Your responsibilities will be to deliver best in class AV planning across all campaigns, whilst also demonstrating that you are a first-class operator that sets a high standard: showing robust organisation, diligence, productivity and commercial acumen.

    • Start to build relationships with internal and external partners.
    • Complete team administrative tasks to a high level and with 100% accuracy.
    • Supporting the team to provide high-quality implementation and innovative media solutions in response to briefs from comms planners and/or clients.
    • Ensure that we are delivering campaigns to planned campaign targets.
    • Review previous activity, providing clients with detailed breakdown of results and opportunities for improvement of future activity.

    • IT literate – competent in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and able to pick up new systems as necessary.
