    We’re hiring for Paid Social Executives to join as part of iProspect in London.

    Purpose of the role

    The Paid Social Executive is a great opportunity for an individual with a passion for being at the cutting edge of social media and a desire to work at one of the World’s leading media agencies. Initially the expectation will be to support the Paid Social Manager with the management of client campaigns, but over time taking ownership of independently planning and delivering campaigns.

    At its core, the role of the Paid Social Executive is to strategise, plan and implement bought media campaigns on social channels to achieve the aims of dentsu international's group clients. The role is also a client-facing one - both externally, to the client teams, and internally, to comms teams, ATL planners, other digital specialists and client servicing. You’ll also mentor Paid Social Junior Executives in the team and help develop their craft-specific and general client handling skills.

    Key responsibilities

    • Attend regular catch ups with internal client teams in iProspect and Carat to ensure you are aware of all upcoming campaigns and report on campaign performance across the lines of business you are across.
    • Attend and represent the team at regular external and internal client meetings, including status meetings, briefing sessions, campaign reviews, QBRs etc.
    • Develop and foster an effective working relationship with our partners at Pinterest, Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin and emerging social/content amplification platforms.
    • Be responsible for the timely and accurate billing and reconciliation of campaign spend / income by your team to ensure suppliers are paid on time, and clients are invoiced on time
    • Biddable Activation media campaign planning, creation management, optimisation, and analysis
    • Take the initial campaign brief and be responsible for the creation of best in class, practical, accountable plans for delivering the business value our clients want from social platforms.
    • Oversee the monitoring of daily delivery and perform ensure regular optimisation of all campaign elements (segments, creative, landing pages, etc) based on agreed campaign KPIs
    • Drive the adoption of the latest platform features through the effective selling of new products, creating case studies and award entries based on campaign results as appropriate

    Qualifications & skills

    • Experience in paid social, passionate about Social Media and digital media and committed to building a career in performance marketing
    • Strongly numerate and comfortable manipulating data sets, showing what results mean and how we can take action from them
    • Highly literate with a good ability to articulate complex ideas (about technology, data, efficiency, performance etc) in an accessible way
    • Excellent planning, analytical and organisational skills alongside diligence and attention to detail in optimisation and reporting
    • A proactive and creative attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
    • Highly ambitious individual with proven examples of success and target achievement in previous roles

    The team is based in our London office but operates under flexible working arrangements. The team are currently in the office every Wednesday.
