As a Developer Assistant in our Web Development team, you will support and develop web development projects and work within a growing development team.
This role can provide valuable insights into the world of media and advertising, allowing you to develop skills and knowledge that can be applied to various aspects of the industry.

Key tasks
- Support the development of best in class solutions to meet the brief requirements.
- Collaborate working cross-functionally to deliver high quality work.
- Supporting the wider team with ideas generation on how we can improve clients’ websites.
What we are looking for
- You are able to demonstrate a good level of understanding of HTML, CSS and Javascript.
- Ability to QA your development work, and others.
- Someone with a strong eye for detail, ensuring briefs are followed exactly and all test builds and quality assurance are completed without any bugs or over-sights.
- Passionate about customer behaviour, optimising online experiences or an interest in wider digital marketing activity.
- The ability to action multiple briefs at the same time, delivering them to the required level of quality and within deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team of professionals, for example strategists, designers, developers, researchers, and web analysts.
- Desire to continually learn and develop, either through guidance from the senior team, or making the most of the many training opportunities available at dentsu.
