    About Our Advance Insight Programme

Designed to excite and inspire students from less advantaged socio-economic backgrounds, who are currently in their first-year of a three year course, or second year of a four year course, this four-day spring insight programme will open a world of possibilities for a career in banking. Our Advance Insight Programme is an amazing opportunity for you to experience the inclusive and collaborative culture that we’re proud to have cultivated at Deutsche Bank.

Once you've applied, you'll be invited to participate in sessions to build your confidence, develop your employability skills and support your preparation to secure a place on the programme.

The Advance Insight Programme will consist of

    • A four-day interactive insight programme introducing you to all aspects of Deutsche Bank and the Financial Services sector.
    • Interactive workshops introducing our business, clients, and our role in society.
    • The opportunity to meet inspirational leaders and role models from analysts and associates right through to senior management.
    • Employability skills workshops and mock interviews with the Early Careers team.
    • You will work shadow and interact with at least one division of the bank to better understand the sort of work you could undertake if you joined as a future summer intern.
    • Dedicated Deutsche Bank mentors in a junior and senior capacity will be committed to guiding you throughout the week and supporting your professional journey.

After the programme successful Advance interns will be fast tracked to a 2025 Summer Internship assessment centre. Your Deutsche Bank mentors and the Early Careers team will be on hand to support you throughout this process.

Candidates will receive continued support over a timeline of 16-months, from January 2024 to August 2025.
