    We have two amazing manufacturing facilities in Dublin, St James’ Gate which is the home of Guinness and Nangor Road where we package and process Baileys. And we are looking for apprentices to join us at both. This exciting, blended learning approach of in-college and on-the-job right at the heart of an enormous global operation where you will get the chance to work on industry leading technology and, of course, contribute crafting the future!     How does the programme work?

    This four-year programme is structured to get the very best out of you. The 4 year programme consists of 7 phases. 4 on-the-job and 3 off-the-job in a training facility. The programme is run in conjunction with Solas.

    What are the Career Paths after the programme?

    Not only will you successfully manage to gain valuable work experience, but you’ll also learn both practical skills and theory at a local college and achieve industry standard qualifications. In turn, you will progress to become ‘Time Served’ and possibly continue with a long and prosperous career in a global innovative and fast paced organisation.

    Who are we looking for?

    The minimum educational requirements are a Grade D in five subjects in the Department of Education & Skills Junior Certificate Examination or an equivalent.

    You’ll be a tenacious problem-solver, who’s proud of getting a great job done, and someone who shows integrity, respect for others and, above all, a passion for learning something new every day.

    What should I expect from the selection process?

    Selecting the right individuals to join our programme is crucial to us – we want to see all that complete this Apprenticeship succeed and keep crafting a satisfying career!

    This is why we have built a 3 steps selection process:

    • 1st STEP – CV application and online game set

    At this stage is important that you submit your updated CV, clearly stating your highest acquired education and your experience.

    We don’t expect you to have experience in Manufacturing necessarily.

    A brief description of your part time jobs, volunteering, sports, and hobbies can be a fantastic way to introduce yourself.

    Right after your CV submission, you will also receive a link to an online game set. Please make sure to complete the set in a quiet environment with no distraction and stable Wi-Fi.

    Following the first screening, you will then be invited to the second step.

    • 2nd STEP – Video Interview
    • 3rd and FINAL STEP – Assessment Centre
