With one of the largest M365 Tenancies in the UK (130,000 users), we have a close partnership with Microsoft who help us shape and develop the Centre of Excellence and provides access to emerging technology, training, and certification.
The role
DHCW seeks a highly motivated and talented M365 Developer to work alongside and support a broader team of specialists within the CoE. The postholder will join a talented team of Senior Power Platform and SharePoint developers and will be offered the opportunity to gain valuable technical skills and knowledge across both platforms.
Through guidance from Senior developers, you can expect to be involved in building and supporting solutions based on Power Platform and SharePoint.

Qualifications
- Achieved (or working towards) degree level or equivalent qualification in IT or able to demonstrate equivalent experience
- Commitment to continuing professional development for self
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 systems and services
- Experience in the Microsoft 365 platform and solutions including SharePoint Online, MS Forms, Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI
Experience
- Demonstrable experience of software or application development
- Experience of Word, Excel and a good knowledge of information systems
- Experience of working with Power Platform or SharePoint Online
- Experience of working in an Agile Development environment
- Ability to use own initiative and work under pressure
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to learn new technologies with minimum supervision
