The role of the Associate, EMEA Business Insights will mainly focus on supporting the EMEA sales teams with CRM training and daily requests, whilst also working with our partners in the US to maintain the existing PowerBI reporting suite for the region. The role will interface with internal stakeholders and established specialist teams based overseas. Daily work will focus on performing various product, process, and project functions to support EMEA management and regional sales teams.

    The role falls within the Sales Operations division, which supports the day-to-day operational needs of the Sales team in the areas of business insights, technology product management, intermediary relationships, client onboarding, and administrative support.

    The goal of the Sales teams is to help Dimensional deliver an outstanding experience for clients by supporting them in the areas of investments, messaging, and business strategy.

    This is a great opportunity for someone with experience of using a CRM system and other business tools and is looking to build on their existing knowledge to become a “superuser” and support the wider business.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide CRM and Power BI support and training for EMEA sales teams
    • Governance and upkeep of CRM data for the EMEA region
    • Support sales with the lead intake process in CRM
    • Partner with internal teams to determine root causes of problems and provide solutions to users
    • Participate in incident management related to CRM and PowerBI, as needed
    • Evaluate current business processes and identify areas of improvement
    • Perform project management activities for smaller CRM and PowerBI initiatives
    • Communicate upcoming product activities and changes to the sales teams
    • Build relationships with global sales team and other departments to develop an understanding of business processes, client service offerings, and how teams use client systems
    • Ensure system compliance with data privacy regulations and controls, as needed
    • Contribute to global strategic projects as a team member representing regional needs
    • Balance direct work and responsibilities across multiple projects and global team workflows
    • Proactively document business processes and workflows

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
    • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics
    • PowerBI experience a plus
    • Experience in business analysis, operations, or technology support preferred
    • Capable of prioritising multiple initiatives and meeting deadlines
    • Client focused with good attention to detail
    • Team player with the ability to work independently, as needed
    • Strong communication, verbal, and written skills; an ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Solution driven
    • Excellent computer skills: Microsoft Office, Excel (pivot tables, vlookups), PowerPoint etc.
