As a Human Resources (HR) intern you will play an integral role in supporting the HR team with a wide range of responsibilities. We have two internships on offer; one in Talent Acquisition, the other in our HR Operations Team. If you have a preference, please note this in your cover letter.
As a HR Operations Intern you will gain insight into the various stages of the employee lifecycle and have exposure to a wide range of HR processes as well as being a contact point for HR queries allowing you to develop a concrete understanding of HR principles. Our Talent Acquisition team works on hiring campaigns across Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) plus project work will include diversity & inclusion, candidate experience and process improvement initiatives.
Either role will provide a fantastic springboard for your future career.
Eligibility
- Must be an second year undergraduate student completing an industrial placement year course returning to study in autumn 2024
- Must have the right to work in the UK already in place
- Available to start working full time in the summer of 2023
- Interested in the area you're applying to whether this is through your studies, experiences, extra-curricular activities or a general interest
About you
- Strong interest in either of the following areas: business, management, sociology or psychology
- Attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to communicate with people at all levels in a professional and mature manner
- Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and undertake various administrative duties
- Strong MS Office skills
