The Business Analyst will join our growing Digital Business Analysis team and play a key part in delivering an ambitious transformation strategy. Working with stakeholders across Europe, this role provides a great amount of variety with the opportunity to learn and be involved in all aspects of our organisation.
Your day to day role
- Supporting Supplier Marketing Executives with executing supplier marketing plans
- Recording all marketing activities and create marketing metrics report
- Coordinating marketing schedule and regularly communicate with supplier team
- Working with Product Managers to coordinate product selection documents, including updating Asana
You will:
- Work with Supplier Marketing Executives to develop effective and engaging supplier marketing plans
- Record all placements (campaigns, webshop, social) into joint document and create marketing performance reports for top 60 brands (page views, product views, cart additions, CTR, sales revenue, etc…)
- Coordinate marketing schedule and regularly communicate with supplier team to input supplier activity plans
- Update website with featured products / brands and spotlights, with scope for further requests from Design team
- Create tracking links for all campaign activity and upload to Asana
- Creating custom campaign listers from the product selection document
- Liaise with the Sales Team and keep them updated with key marketing activities and latest campaigns
- Be the main point of contact for own brand marketing activities
- Keep the own brand page updated and relevant
- Compiling email results into proof of placement documents for key suppliers
- Assist the Supplier Marketing Team with coordination of supplier webinars
We are looking for
- Degree not essential
- Educated in marketing or business would be advantageous
- Proficient Speaker – C1 Effective Operational Proficiency or advanced : ENGLISH
- Analytically minded and ability to interpret marketing statistics
- Able to efficiently prioritise work
- Advanced PC skills (MS Office)
- Strong written and communication skills in English language
