As an Inside Sales Executive in Tech Solutions you will be knowledgeable in, and proud to take ownership of, the three main stages of building business relations with all of our technology partners: recruiting new business relationships; development of newly acquired partners; and account management. This new business inside sales-based role, where no day is the same, will fit a candidate with drive, ambition and a winning attitude

    Our significant growth plans have led to the requirement of an additional Inside Sales Executive focusing on our Cisco Program. You will have a track record of winning and developing new business within your field and converting clients/relationships into sales. This is a sales focused and business development role, which is challenging and exciting, with rewards that are within your control. The ideal candidate will have strong sales experience. Whilst finance experience is not necessary it would be advantageous. Travelling and working out of our vendor/partners office will be required either two or three days per week.

    Your function

    • Identify sales opportunities with relations and prospects by phone, ensure follow up on sales- and fee opportunities within DLL.
    • Manage the entire sales process from start to close ensuring that the process is managed effectively
    • Work with management on delivering the correct lending solution, with what the client requires and how best to provide
    • Review pipeline of leads and focus on key opportunities with end user customers and resellers.
    • Originating payment over time opportunities via partner pipelines.
    • Supporting partners with payment over time quotations.
    • New business submissions via DLL front end digital portal into credit for approval.
    • Generate customer documentation using DLL digital platform.
    • Load opportunities onto CRM/Cisco Salesforce.
    • Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Capability and keen to develop into a more commercial role in the future
    • Build Relationships with new and existing partners.
    • Proactive calls daily to existing and new prospects.
    • Increase and promote external usage of DLL finance systems to resellers and partners to drive digital penetration.
    • Support external account managers
    • Manage your daily workflow
    • Know your numbers – It is essential for you to understand, track, measure and manage, the size of your pipeline in order to achieve your budget along with the associated sales activity in order to achieve this.

    Your profile

    To be successful in the role you will have/be:

    • Capable of making numerous outbound calls to stimulate opportunities
    • Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative
    • Able to prioritise, juggle a varied workload, work calmly under pressure and meet tight deadlines
    • Results and target driven.
    • Experienced in new business sales origination

    Desired but not essential:

    • Experience in financial services or banking, working in a compliant and regulated environment.
    • Experience in the Technology Sales and or Sales Aid selling through an intermediary.
