    Tackle Strategic Problem Statements

    Work on real business challenges—like improving operations through intelligent automation or using machine learning to speed up decision-making.

    Build aienabled tools

    Design and implement solutions using AI and ML models, large language models, or data science pipelines that have measurable impact.

    Think like a founder deliver like an engineer

    This isn't a rotation program. You'll join a team where you're expected to ship code, contribute ideas, and own outcomes.

    Who we're looking for

    Strong Technical Foundations

    You're studying Computer Science (or a closely related subject) and have a solid understanding of programming, systems, and problem-solving.

    UCAS Tariff Points (or equivalent)

    We expect a strong academic background. You'll likely have achieved at least 140 UCAS points. We also welcome applicants with alternative qualifications if you can show us your ability through your technical work.

    Curious about AI and machine learning

    You don't need to be an AI expert yet—but you're eager to learn, experiment, and apply the latest developments to real-world problems.

    Creative problem solver

    You enjoy exploring different approaches and thinking critically about how to build better systems.

    Proactive and selfdirected

    You take ownership, challenge assumptions, and look for ways to make things better—not just follow instructions.
