Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, the successful candidate will work on initiatives that support our Learning & Development plan with a focus on administration, in addition to supporting the HR Team in day-to-day activities.

Person specification

  • Strong IT skills - experience of working with excel would be an advantage
  • Ability to engage and connect with a diverse range of people
  • Strong administrative and problem-solving skills
  • A collaborative approach with the ability to build trust
  • Delivering results with accuracy and efficiency
  • Ability to use own initiative and be proactive
  • Respect for confidentiality

  • Must hold a full driving licence
  • Ability to travel to other business sites when required
  • Must be an undergraduate working towards completing a HR degree

Job details

  • This is a paid placement
  • Fixed term contract for 12 months
  • Working hours - 40 per week
  • Working pattern – Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm
