About the role

Are you interested in custom content and sales?

We are seeking a motivated intern to support our Sales and Retention team. Duties include lead generation, prospect research, customer follow-ups, data entry, CRM updates, and tracking sales activities. The intern will also assist with administrative tasks such as organizing files, compiling reports or help with specific campaigns. This role provides valuable hands-on experience in sales and customer retention.

You will

  • Work alongside sales on special projects
  • Assist with focused sales/retention campaigns
  • Approach the customers helping the sales team with specific sales initiatives
  • Learn Dow Jones Business and products
  • Identify future opportunities

You have

  • Completed at least two years of school, working towards a Bachelor’s degree
  • Previous relevant internship or part-time work experience (this is a plus)
  • A high level of initiative and self-motivation as well as the ability to work in a team environment
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment
  • Strong work ethic and motivated by results
  • Competence with the MS Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication, organizational skills, and follow-up skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize time with minimal supervision
  • Must be proactive and exhibit a sense of ownership and confidence
