The Packaging Department is imbedded within the Quality and Compliance team driving Dunelm’s sustainability packaging strategy which compliments legislation and operational efficiencies across the supply chain.
You will play a key role in supporting our Packaging Strategy, ensuring we drive sustainability across our multi-channel business. Working closely with the Technical Packaging Manager, product teams, and suppliers, you will help make a significant impact.
What you'll be doing
- Analyse, validate, track, and report internal and external sustainable packaging data.
- Improve accuracy of sustainability information and reporting across the supply base and all product categories.
- Consolidate data across teams and suppliers to track and report progress against our sustainability goals. Develop charts, visuals, and dashboards to bring data to life.
- Coordinate and manage the delivery of packaging development projects across multiple departments.
- Support and resolve daily packaging queries, liaising regularly with commercial teams, product, and packaging suppliers to ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct regular compliance spot checks to ensure adherence to standards.
- Benchmark and identify opportunities for continuous improvements.
