Home. There’s no place like it. And there’s no feeling like helping people create the joy of feeling truly at home. At Dunelm, that’s what we do. We’re the UK's number one choice for homewares because we make home life lovelier for our customers. And the caring and supportive culture we've created makes this a place you'll feel right at home too.
About the role
On our Business Transformation Graduate Programme, you will focus on ensuring we remain commercially successful and competitive in the retail space. We’re laying down the foundation to ultimately keep us ahead of the curve to meet our customer’s needs.
We’ve some big goals for the future. In order to hit those goals, we’ve a long-term plan and plenty of planned investment. That means all our graduates will find themselves right at the heart of an exciting, fast-moving business with a truly ambitious strategy.
You'll dive straight into the bustling world of Business Transformation with a structured project-based scheme that gives you hands-on experience and strategic knowledge about driving real change for our customers and colleagues and the way we do business cross-functionally. You’ll be working on change initiatives with an opportunity to contribute to and help shape our future processes and drive high value outcomes. These initiatives are high scale, complex, with high visibility from senior stakeholders, that will influence business performance.
Dunelm is committed to becoming a fully inclusive business that is representative of our customers and locations. We recognise the value in diversity and welcome applications from all candidates regardless of sex, age, race, religion, ability, gender or sexual identity, socio-economic background or education. We are committed to making Dunelm a place where everyone can enjoy a successful career and have systems in place to support all our colleagues. We are seeking applications from candidates who share our values and celebrate diversity in all its forms.
