    What to expect

    From commercial finance to procurement, from payroll to tax, the Finance team at Dunelm works with leaders and colleagues across the organisation, providing expert advice, identifying improvements and supporting key business decisions.

    Join our team as a graduate and you’ll dive straight into this ever-changing, always-business-critical world with a structured rotational scheme that exposes you to a range of finance areas while providing you with the support, training and tuition you need to gain professional qualifications.

    Over three years you’ll

    • Play a key role in a range of finance areas including financial accounts and commercial trading
    • Get involved in all kind of projects, often working with other areas of the business
    • Build strong working relationships with people across the organisation and learn how different areas of the business really work
    • Dive into leadership workshops and development programmes that’ll shape you into a future leader
    • Study and work towards a professional qualification with support from a CIMA mentor
    • Team up with other graduates at Dunelm to work on ad hoc business projects

    What you’ll bring

    • Strong analytical thinking with a natural tendency to question the “why” and the “how”
    • The resilience and ambition to drive your own development and the eagerness to constantly find new learning opportunities
    • Logical approach and attention to detail
    • Strong organisational and time management skills
    • Ability to build relationships within your team and across the wider business
    • Some knowledge of Microsoft Excel
    • A minimum 2:1 degree or equivalent in any relevant subject
