The Role

With a history of success providing Change and IT solutions to our clients, we understand what is needed to work in the challenging environment of Business Change. We hire bright and enthusiastic graduates to join our friendly team here at ea Change and then place them onsite with one of our clients to work on a project of theirs. With monthly catch ups with ea Directors, a buddy system for a phone call at any time, training and mentorship provided by our in-house Change experts, and a fully funded, bespoke, accredited training programme; our Project Analysts are an integral part of the ea family.

You will initially embark on this journey as a Project Analyst under the guidance of an established Project Manager or Business Analyst, learning the necessary skills needed to work in a Change environment. Our in-house Change experts work closely with your on-site manager to guide your career into either an Analytical or Project Management direction. This opportunity is a fast-track into an exciting and dynamic world where forward thinking, innovation, and confidence to express oneself is the key to success.

Requirements

  • An undergraduate degree (2:1 or above and Russell Group preferred)
  • Enthusiasm to take on real responsibility from day one.
  • Presentation skills and confidence to stand up and engage an audience to deliver key information to stakeholders.
  • A diplomatic and problem-solving mindset with experience in working in a team to solve challenging problems.
  • Self-motivation – this role is incredibly rewarding but requires a high level of will to succeed.
