Responsibilities:
The Technical Art team combines creativity and imagination with technical expertise. We are the bridge between artists, engineers and designers. We are responsible for all content production workflows and data design.
We are looking for a collaborative individual with passion for asset, tools and pipeline creation to help our team create and develop our creative development pipelines for content creators, providing optimum throughout from content creation to final output data for the game and code teams and optimum performance in engine.
Qualifications
- You are studying in the penultimate year of an undergraduate Bachelor's Degree programme
- You are available to commence a full-time, 12 month placement in July 2024.
- You are eligible to work in the UK without the need for visa/relocation support
Desired Skills
- Interested to create video games with fresh player experiences
- Inquisitive mindset to understand how games are made or how to improve them
- Knowledge and experience with Python
- Familiarity with either node based shader development or HLSL
- Experience working within Unreal or Unity engine
- Thrive in a collaborative team environment
- Hunger to learn and ask questions
