    We have an exciting opportunity to join #TeamEMR as an Assistant Fleet Contract Manager.

    In this role, you will ensure order coverage for train leases, service agreements, and depot access arrangements. You will be responsible for collating data for periodic analysis in line with the performance regime outlined in the TSA’s, conducting initial reviews of TSA Additional Services, and preparing invoices for off-charging. Additionally, you will assist in collating periodic reporting packs, checking Depot Access billing arrangements, and preparing orders and invoices as required.

    Key responsibilities include

    • Manage leasing and Train Service Agreement purchase orders, ensuring goods receipt.
    • Collate and review TSA Additional Service reports; raise orders and goods receipts as needed.
    • Prepare and update periodic reports and contract review packs.
    • Process invoices for services provided to external parties.
    • Collect and publish supplier performance data.
    • Verify incoming service work and charges and raise purchase orders as necessary.
    • Maintain logs of services, including due dates, actuals, and forecasts.
    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure chargeable services are up to date.
    • Track contract expiry dates and indexation requirements.
    • Maintain departmental contract databases ensuring accuracy and up-to-date records.

    What we’re looking for

    • A-Level qualification
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Power BI
    • CIPS qualification or ongoing training is advantageous
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with internal departments and suppliers
    • Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work cross-functionally within the business
