We may be facing the biggest challenge in our history, but we are confident that throughout the pandemic we have taken the right action to build back stronger and better – and we want you to play a part in that and #belongherewithus. The Operations Performance & Analysis team is part of the Operations Planning & Delivery department.  The key purpose of the team is to provide a data analytics function, supported by the central data analytics and science teams.

    You will join as a data analyst, providing analytical support to the wider team. Supported by the senior analyst and the other data analysts you will build and deliver data reports and products to key stakeholders. This is an opportunity to use a cutting-edge data platform to deliver real improvements within the airline. Along with having the chance to redesign legacy analytics tools into a modern, cloud-based era.

    The key output of the team is to build and maintain data products, ensuring consistent delivery of all required on time performance and network disruption reporting and cleaning data, You’ll look into the data of the ICC, rostering and crew.

    What you need to do this role

    Ideally you will have a degree level qualification in Maths, or a statistical related qualification. Have an Understanding and experience using analytics/data science, Some coding experience with the following languages: SQL and Python.  Experience with Tableau or alternatives Strong understanding of statistics.

    Location & Hours of Work

    This full-time role will be based in Hangar 89, London Luton Airport, and will be 40 hours per week
